How the price works

  • One-off, per auditYou pay once for each Team Score you run. Running it again later, to see what’s changed, is a new audit.
  • Set by team sizeYour band is the most people you can invite, not counting you. You need at least 5. 251 or more? We’ll talk first.
  • No subscriptionNothing renews and there’s nothing to cancel.
  • Ex VATPrices exclude VAT. You’ll confirm you’re buying for a business at checkout.

Everyone answers through their own link. No accounts, no logins, nothing to install.

Five or more, always

Nothing is shown from fewer than five people, and no report at all below five.

Themes, not quotes

Comments come back as themes with names taken out, and only when at least three people raised them.

Nothing while it’s open

You see who has completed, never what anyone said, and no results until the survey closes.

Before you buy

Is VAT included?

No, prices exclude VAT. If you have a promotion code, you can enter it at checkout.

How do I choose the right size?

Pick the band for the number of people you plan to invite, not counting yourself or anyone helping you run it. You can invite up to the top of your band; you need at least five.

What if fewer than five people answer?

We never produce a report from fewer than five people, so nobody can be picked out. While the survey is open you can extend it, up to twice by a week each time, to give people more time.

If it still doesn't reach five, email hello@libertymind.co.uk and we'll talk about a credit to run it again.

Can I add the Debrief later?

Yes. The account owner can add it from the report page any time up to 60 days after the report is released, and you pay just the Debrief part for your team size. I then read your results, write my addendum and we book the call.

What’s in the sample report?

It’s the real report layout, produced by the Score itself for Brightwater Studio, a made-up team of 14. The answers, comments and names are fictional, and it includes the Debrief addendum so you can see both options.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once per audit. Many teams run it again after a year to see what has changed; that is a new audit.
