About team surveys

Your employer is responsible for the survey and we run it for them. We won’t share your name or message with them without asking you first. Answers you’ve already sent aren’t linked to you, which is what keeps them confidential, so they can’t be picked out, returned or deleted one by one.

What happens next

You get an email from us shortly with a reference number.
Complaints are acknowledged within 30 days, usually within a couple of working days, and we tell you what we’re doing about them.
Requests for a copy, a correction or deletion are answered within one calendar month.

About a team survey?

Your employer is responsible for the survey; we run it for them. Answers you’ve sent aren’t linked to you, so they can’t be picked out or deleted one by one. Before you answer, your organisation can take you off the list.

How we handle survey answers

Not happy with our answer?

You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab). They’ll usually expect you to have raised it with us first.
